Whether you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Columbia Falls, a place to camp or a cabin to rent, we have it all. Our local lodging industries are based in and around Columbia Falls and Glacier National Park.  Within a 20 minute drive, you can be driving through the infamous Glacier National Park, hiking in the Flathead National Forest or taking a scenic drive up the North Fork Road, alongside the Flathead River. 

Cabins, B&B’s & Vacation Homes: Many options are available in Columbia Falls, Hungry Horse, Coram, West Glacier, and Essex. The only problem you will have is deciding which of the cozy cabins or places you should stay at. 

Hotel & Motels: With properties ranging from historic to modern, there is an accommodation for everyone’s style.  All are located close to restaurants, family attractions, Glacier National Park, and the Flathead National Forest. 

Camping and RV Parks: If you are planning to bring your camper, tent or RV, you can find campgrounds available between Columbia Falls and Essex, as well as campsites you can reserve inside Glacier National Park.  Be sure to plan your trip in advance, as these campgrounds and RV sites fill up quickly during the summer months. Wilderness camping is permitted in the North Fork Area of Glacier National Park.  Camping permits and registration is first-come, first-served campgrounds in the North Fork Area.

The Flathead National Forest has many options for public use, including cabin rentals, campground camping and group camping on the 2.4 million acres that make it up. Camping season typically lasts from May-September annually.  Visit www.fs.usda.gov/flathead for additional information on campgrounds and cabin rentals.

Glacier National Park also has camping options.  Visit their website to view availability and to find out if you need a reservation or not to camp in the national park.
